• If you are sending breastmilk, we need 25ml of milk. Preferably hind milk.
  • Hand express/pump it and put it in the Ziplock bag and put the zip lock bag in another zip lock bag and secure it with the cello tape.
  • Remember to squeeze out all the air from the Ziplock bag to prevent moulding.
  • If you don’t have Ziplock. You can even use small containers or anything available at your place. But make sure to secure it with cello tape, to avoid leakage in transit. DONT USE PAPER AROUND THE MILK AS IT SOAKS THE MILK IF LEAKED.
• If you are sending another inclusion like hair or umbilical cord stump, put it in the other Ziplock bag in a same way.
• For umbilical cord. Please cut the small piece specially the black part and send. I don’t need the whole cord. This is because in case the parcel gets lost/damage in transit. You have more cord as a backup.
• If you are sending hair/fur
  • make sure it is clean and neatly packed, I need atleast 1 to 1 & half inch length hair. And minimum 15 to 20 strands. You can send as many as you like. We will use and return you the rest along with the parcel.
  • Make sure the hair you are sending are softest and thinnest from the hair you send.
• If you are ordering blood jewellery. Make sure the blood is from the time person is alive. You have to dry the blood on tissue paper, spread it and not over pour on single place. After it dries you can send. Don’t send wet blood.
• Put it in the courier envelope which is plastic from the inside and paper on the outside.
• Write the given order number on the package.
• Please follow the instructions very carefully and exactly same in order to avoid the leakage of the milk. Ask for the video if you are unsure about how to pack it. If you are ordering ring. Please send the size by clicking the picture of your ring with scale on its DIAMETER. Please send the size picture to avoid delays.
• It will take anywhere around 2 to 3 months sometimes more depending upon the complexity of design from the day I receive your inclusion (Please note). These are custom designs and they need time. So please have patience with us. It will be worth it.
• After you book we will send you a questionnaire which you have to fill. All the details mentioned in that questionnaire will be considered your final order. To avoid confusions.
• If by any reason you are failed to send the inclusion within 6 months of placing the order. Order will be automatically gets cancelled. And the advance will not be refunded. As we would have spent it on making your metal part.
• If you are ordering in gold.
  • Please note that we have given the amount for the minimum weight we can use in that piece. You can opt for more weight to make it more solid and sturdy. This is important.
  • Weight mentioned by us is tentative. More or less (500mg plus minus can happen)
• Name engraving is chargeable, 350 per word for silver jewellery and complimentary for gold. Sentence messages however are chargeable more in both silver and gold.
• Please mention everything discussed as final order in the form. Anything mentioned outside of form is void. We don’t read whole chats. We always refers to form.
• PLEASE WRITE IN THE PAPER OR ON THE ENVELOPE, WHAT ALL INCLUSIONS YOU ARE SENDING, SOMETIMES WHILE OPENING THINGS GET LOST IN THE PAPER, THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT & WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER OUTSIDE OF THE PARCEL TOO. AND WRITE YOUR OWN NAME AND NOT ANY OTHER NAME ON THE PARCEL. IF THE NAME IS DIFFERENT WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY IF IT GETS LOST. PLEASE NOTE
